Having been appointed as JNJ Oil Industries’ President & CEO for more than three decades now, I am committed ever as before to pursue our long tradition in laying a strong foundation on corporate management and to live up to sound ideals because nothing can compare to a good reputation. Image is a fragile reflection of what the company stands for. This is your most valuable asset.

Brought by constant and rapid change, the progression of business dynamics move in a pace we cannot cope with. We have seen the development in technology and how this influences our society, time changes everything and we have to change along with it, adapt. Consequently by means of integrating our processes, optimizing production and diversification, the basic keys to a successful manufacturing practice that is constant. Now, We are grateful to celebrate 30 years in the industry.

Despite the overwhelming face of these unfavorable conditions, JNJ Oil Industries has been resilient. This is a result of good old fashioned teamwork, good corporate governance and ultimately by maintaining the trust of our stakeholders.

We recognise the importance of investing not only limited to equipments or sophisticated systems but in a group of people. This may be a well-known practice but also the most common overlooked aspect. We are quite new to this ourselves but we will strive and continue to do so by communicating more effectively, improving morale, securing their safety both inside and outside work and introducing training programs.

Throughout our journey, JNJ Oil Industries success is attributed to the people who believes in what it does. Our focus on people is the foundation where our founder Jose Jao built the company. We believe by promoting a harmonious relationship in an environment that practices mutual respect, people will come together.

In the years ahead of us comes the challenge to seek growth. In behalf of JNJ Oil Industries we are determined to consistently meet global manufacturing standards and respond to emerging demands in order to bring satisfaction to our customers. Through the course of our operation, we acknowledge nature as a majority partner in our company and giving back is only natural.
